This grey control cable H05VV5-F 4G0.5 mm² is a versatile solution for electrical connections requiring flexibility and resistance to external factors. Made of high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC), both in the wire insulation and the outer coating, it ensures long-lasting and safe operation. Black, numbered wires according to DIN VDE 0293-334 standard facilitate identification and connection.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a 4G0.5 construction, which means four wires with a cross-section of 0.5 mm². The use of unannealed copper, twisted into a class 5 strand (according to VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228) ensures good flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The wire insulation made of special PVC TI2 guarantees high electrical insulation. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective wire (from 3 wires), increasing safety. The outer jacket made of special PVC TM5 provides resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage.

This cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 and IEC 60227/75 standards. It has a fire reaction class Eca (EN 13501-6), which means limited flammability and smoke emission. It is also resistant to oils, making it an ideal choice for industrial applications.
