This grey control cable H05VV5-F 4G0.75 mm² is a universal solution for electrical connections requiring flexibility and resistance to external factors. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures safe and long-lasting operation in various conditions. Four cores with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² with black, numbered cores facilitate identification and connection.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on a multi-strand, flexible copper core class 5, which ensures high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The core insulation is made of special PVC TI2, and the outer jacket of special PVC TM5 – both materials guarantee high resistance to abrasion, moisture, and the action of oils and chemicals. Compliance with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 and IEC 60227/75 confirms its high quality and safety of use. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 7.3 mm.

Application and benefits

This cable is ideal for use in machines, conveyors, production lines, and in dry, damp and wet rooms (but not outdoors). It works particularly well in industrial environments such as breweries, bottling plants, laundries or car washes. Thanks to its construction and properties, it is also suitable for operation in motion – provided there are no mechanical loads. Fire reaction class Eca provides additional safety in the event of a fire. Rated voltage U0/U is 300/500V and the permissible operating temperature is -40°C to +70°C (stationary) and -5°C to +70°C (flexible). The cores are numbered according to DIN VDE 0293-334, which facilitates identification during installation.
