Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a multi-wire construction of copper conductors, which provides high flexibility and resistance to bending. The core insulation is made of halogen-free TI7 polymer mixture, which limits the release of toxic gases and smoke in the event of a fire – important for protecting health and equipment. The cores are twisted in layers with an optimal pitch, and the whole is surrounded by a halogen-free M1-type plastic coating in gray (RAL 7001). This makes the cable meet strict fire safety standards.

• Halogen-free: Materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances hindering painting.
• Wide temperature range: Possibility of operation at temperatures from -40°C to +70°C (flexibly from -15°C), which allows for use in various environmental conditions.
• Resistance to external factors: The cable is resistant to oils and corrosion of gases produced during combustion.
• CPR class: B2ca-s1a, d0, a1 – provides a high level of fire safety in accordance with EN 50575 standard. This means limited flammability and smoke emission.
• Rated voltage: 300/500 V – standard operating voltage for control cables.
• Minimum bending radius: 12.5 x cable diameter (flexible) or 4 x cable diameter (for fixed laying) – facilitates installation even in tight spaces.
