This two-color HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y T.E. cable is a reliable solution for installations requiring high resistance to temperature, chemicals and harsh environmental conditions. The cable is characterized by a flexible, stranded copper core with silver plating, ensuring good conductivity and easy installation. PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) insulation guarantees exceptional durability and safety in demanding applications.

Application and construction

The HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y cable is designed for use in installations and construction of control panels operating in extreme conditions, such as furnaces, brickworks, kitchen appliances or measuring devices. Due to its chemical resistance, it is ideal for use in the chemical industry, where it is exposed to acids, bases, solvents, oils and gasoline.

The cable construction is based on:

• Silver-plated copper conductors for better conductivity,
• PTFE-HELUFLON® insulation compliant with DIN VDE 0207 part 6 and MIL-W 16878.
