This two-color HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y T.E. cable is a reliable solution for installations requiring high resistance to temperature, chemicals and harsh environmental conditions. The cable is characterized by a flexible, stranded construction and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) insulation, ensuring long-lasting and safe operation. A rated voltage of 600V allows for use in a wide range of electrical installations.
Construction and properties
The HELUFLON-PTFE-5Y cable is constructed with a silver-plated copper core, which increases its conductivity and corrosion resistance. PTFE insulation provides exceptional resistance to high temperatures (up to +260°C, briefly up to +300°C) and aggressive chemicals – acids, alkalis, solvents, oils and gasoline. In addition, this material is flame retardant and resistant to microorganisms and ozone.

It meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). The cable is manufactured in accordance with DIN VDE 0207 part 6PTFE and MIL-W 16878 standards. The insulation resistance is min. 1 GOhm x km, and the minimum bending radius is 10 x cable diameter.
