HELUPOWER® REFLECT control and power cable – increased safety thanks to reflectivity

This 5-core HELUPOWER® REFLECT cable with a cross-section of 2.5 mm² combines power supply and optical signalling functions. Made of durable PUR, with colour-coded cores in accordance with DIN VDE 0293-308, it ensures reliable operation in a variety of applications. A key feature is the special reflective film (compliant with DIN 67520), which reflects light regardless of the angle of incidence, significantly improving cable visibility in difficult lighting conditions. This solution enhances work safety, especially in areas exposed to limited light or changing weather conditions.

Construction and application

This cable is designed for demanding applications where both functionality and safety are essential. It is made of copper cores insulated with polypropylene (PP), twisted in an optimal way. In addition, a fleece wrap and reflective film increase its strength and ensure visibility. The outer jacket made of PUR guarantees resistance to abrasion and UV radiation. The cable is metered for easy installation and use.
