### Construction and properties

The cores are made of copper, stranded, class 5 (flexible), which facilitates installation and ensures resistance to bending. The core insulation is made of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), which increases the current carrying capacity and allows operation at temperatures up to +90°C – a significant advantage compared to traditional PE insulation. Additionally, the cable has a symmetrical 3-PLUS structure, where the protective conductor is divided into three parts and placed in the gaps between the working conductors, which improves EMC properties.

### Application and safety

The cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +114°C with fixed installation and from -5°C to +90°C with flexible installation. It is resistant to UV radiation and weather conditions, allowing it to be used both indoors and outdoors. It meets the standards regarding halogen-free materials according to IEC 60754-1 and IEC 60754-2 and low smoke emission according to IEC 61034-2, which increases safety in the event of a fire. The reaction to fire class is Dca according to EN 13501-6. The cable is ideal for use in the automotive, food, environmental technology, packaging industry and machine tools. It can be used for direct burial in the ground provided that appropriate cable bedding is used to ensure water drainage.
