Halogen-free power cable – safety and reliability

This 5-core N2XH-J power cable with a cross-section of 4 mm² is a solution designed for installations requiring increased fire safety. Made of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) and an HFFR (halogen-free) outer jacket, it minimizes the risk of releasing toxic gases in the event of a fire, making it an ideal choice for public and industrial facilities. This cable complies with DIN VDE 0276-604 / HD 604 S1-1+5G standards, guaranteeing its high quality and reliability.

Construction and application

This cable is designed for a wide range of applications, both indoors and outdoors. It is suitable for installations in residential, commercial, industrial buildings, and critical infrastructure – power plants, hospitals, schools, or airports. It can be used in dry, wet, and humid environments. The possibility of laying in the ground (in protective conduits) increases its versatility. Copper conductors, available in single-wire or multi-wire version (class 2), ensure good electrical conductivity. Color-coded conductors facilitate installation and subsequent servicing of the installation.
