Construction and properties
This cable is distinguished by its solid construction. It is made of stranded copper cores surrounded by cross-linked rubber (SiR) EI2 insulation. The cores are identified by colors according to DIN VDE 0293-308, and the protective core is yellow-green (in versions with a protective core). The outer jacket made of cross-linked rubber EM9 provides additional protection against external factors. It is worth noting the radiation resistance of 20x106 cJ/kg (up to 20 Mrad), which increases its durability in specific conditions.
The cable maintains its dielectric properties and insulation resistance even at high temperatures, which is crucial for the safe and reliable operation of devices. The minimum bending radius is 7.5x cable diameter for flexible installation and 4x cable diameter for fixed laying. The rated voltage U is 500 V, and the test voltage is 2000 V.
