Flexible cable H05SS-F – resistance to extreme temperatures

This black, multi-core H05SS-F cable with a cross-section of 2.5 mm² is designed to operate in demanding conditions where standard cables fail. It is characterized by high temperature resistance – both during operation and installation – making it an ideal choice for industrial applications and in lighting fixtures. This cable is particularly useful where high ambient temperatures or contact with hot surfaces occur.

Construction and properties

The cable is constructed of stranded copper conductors surrounded by cross-linked rubber (SiR) EI2 insulation. The conductors are twisted in parallel, and the whole is protected by an outer jacket of cross-linked rubber EM9. This construction provides flexibility and mechanical strength, as well as resistance to external factors. Caution should be exercised during installation in places with sharp edges.
