High-temperature silicone cable – reliability in extreme conditions

This two-core HELUTHERM SiHF cable with a cross-section of 16 mm² is a solution for demanding applications where standard cables fail. Designed to operate in an extended temperature range, from -60°C to +180°C (short-term up to +220°C), it ensures continuous operation even in the most extreme industrial conditions. The cable is also highly flexible, thanks to the use of a multi-strand class 5 core.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by an advanced construction, ensuring safety and long-term operation. Made of twisted copper wires, surrounded by a durable silicone insulation, and the whole covered with a special silicone cover in brick color. This construction guarantees not only resistance to high and low temperatures, but also to the action of oils, chemicals and radiation. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, which increases fire safety.
