High-temperature silicone cable – reliability in extreme conditions

This multi-core HELUTHERM SiHF cable, with silicone insulation, is designed to operate in demanding environments where standard cabling fails. It is characterized by exceptional resistance to extreme temperatures – both high and low – making it an ideal choice for industrial, energy and many other applications. Construction and properties

The HELUTHERM SiHF 6G1 cable consists of six flexible copper cores, twisted to ensure maximum flexibility. Each core is insulated with special silicone, which guarantees reliable protection against high temperatures (up to +180°C continuously and briefly up to +220°C) and low temperatures (down to -60°C). Additionally, the silicone insulation provides resistance to oils, chemicals and radiation. The cores are color-coded according to DIN VDE 0293-308 for easy identification. The cable has a yellow-green protective core (from 3 cores), increasing the safety of the installation. The whole is surrounded by a durable silicone jacket in brick red color.
