This black, multi-core cable with a polyester braid is the ideal solution for applications requiring high temperature resistance and flexibility. The HELUTHERM H05SST-F 4G2,5 cable is designed to operate in harsh conditions where standard cables may fail. Thanks to its construction with cross-linked rubber (SiR) and a polyester braid, it provides reliability and durability in demanding industrial applications.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction: stranded copper conductors, cross-linked rubber insulation and an outer EM9 rubber coating. This construction guarantees high temperature resistance – briefly up to +250°C, and in stationary installations up to +180°C. In addition, the cable maintains its dielectric properties and insulation resistance even at extreme temperatures. It is worth noting the presence of a yellow-green protective conductor (marked "G" in the product code), which increases safety. The minimum bending radius is 7.5x the cable diameter for flexible installation and 4x the diameter for fixed laying.
