Hybrid power and transmission cable for agricultural machinery

This specialized ISOBUS cable, made of durable PUR, combines power and data transmission functions, providing a reliable connection between the tractor and agricultural machinery. The cable is ideal for both rear and front tractor applications. Thanks to compliance with ISO 11783-2 and AEF (Agricultural Industry Electronics Foundation) certification, it guarantees full compatibility with modern agricultural systems.

Construction and properties

The cable stands out with its advanced construction, which ensures its durability and resistance to harsh working conditions in agriculture. It utilizes high-quality copper conductors, PP insulation for transmission conductors, and PVC for power conductors. Transmission conductors twisted in a star quad, surrounded by a non-woven fabric tape, minimize signal interference. The whole is protected by a durable PUR coating, resistant to UV radiation, weather conditions, abrasion and oils. Additionally, the materials used in production are silicone and cadmium-free, ensuring safety and compatibility with painting processes.

The cable is designed to meet the requirements of operation in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +85°C (stationary) and from -20°C to +85°C (flexible). Operating voltage is 300/500V, and test voltage is 2000V. The minimum bending radius is 6x cable diameter for fixed installation and 12x diameter for flexible operation.
