Construction and properties

The cable consists of two key parts: thermoelectric and control. The thermoelectric part uses class 1 type J wires, compliant with IEC 584, insulated with heat-resistant PVC TI3 (PN-EN 50363-3). This ensures stable measurements over a wide temperature range – from -30°C to +105°C. The wires are twisted in pairs, which minimizes interference. Additionally, a screen in the form of a braid of tinned copper wires protects against electromagnetic interference.

The control part is based on multi-wire copper wires of class 5 (PN-EN 60228), insulated with PVC TI1 (PN-EN 50363-3). The cable has a working voltage of 300/500 V and is tested with 2500 V, which guarantees safety of use. Filling inserts between the wires increase mechanical strength and prevent delamination. The PVC TM2 (PN-EN 50363-4-1) coating provides resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage.

It is worth emphasizing that the materials used in production do not contain silicone or cadmium, making it environmentally friendly and safe in the painting process. The cable also exhibits good resistance to oils and gasoline.
