This grey PVC control and power cable JZ-500 with 9 cores of 1.5 mm² cross-section is a versatile solution for both professional installers and end-users. Construction and parameters – the key to performance

The JZ-500 cable is designed for demanding working conditions. Its construction is based on seven copper wires, twisted into a strand, which ensures good flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. Core insulation made of PVC provides effective protection against mechanical damage and external factors. The cores are black with white numbering according to DIN VDE 0293, which facilitates identification during installation and servicing. The whole is surrounded by a grey outer PVC coating, resistant to abrasion and UV radiation.

This cable also stands out with a number of technical parameters: rated voltage 300/500 V, permissible operating temperature from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +80°C (flexible). Fire reaction class Eca provides additional safety in the event of a fire. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 12 mm, which should be taken into account when planning cable routes.

It is ideal as a control cable for connecting control and measurement equipment, as well as a power cable for devices with medium power consumption. It can be used in dry, wet and damp rooms (but not outdoors), making it a universal solution for many different applications. Thanks to its flexibility, it is particularly recommended for movable connections or in places requiring frequent bending of the cable. In addition, its resistance to oils and chemicals broadens the range of possible applications.
