PUR cable for cable carriers MULTIFLEX 512®-C-PUR 12G1,5 mm² grey, black numbered cores acc. to DIN VDE 0293-334 acc. to DIN VDE 0293-334 22609
Robust control cable for special applications
This grey, 12-core PUR MULTIFLEX®-C-PUR cable is designed for operation in demanding industrial environments. It is characterized by exceptional flexibility and resistance to external factors, making it an ideal solution in chain applications, robotics, and in moving parts of machines. The cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21 / DIN EN 50525-2-21 standards, guaranteeing its high quality and safety.
Construction and properties
The MULTIFLEX®-C-PUR cable stands out with its advanced construction, ensuring reliable operation even in extreme conditions. Copper, stranded wire cores with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² are insulated with modified PP, and then twisted in a way that minimizes the risk of interference. In addition, each layer of twisted cores is protected with a special protective braid. The whole is surrounded by a screen of tinned copper wires, which effectively protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC). A durable outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) provides resistance to abrasion, tearing, oils and other aggressive chemicals. The cable has a yellow-green protective conductor arranged on the outside (from 3 cores).
Applications and benefits
This cable finds wide application in mechanical engineering, robotics and everywhere where high flexibility and resistance to external factors are required. Thanks to its construction and materials, it provides reliable connections even with frequent bending and twisting. It is particularly recommended for use in cable carriers, where traditional cables may be damaged. It is worth mentioning the wide range of operating temperatures – from -40°C to +80°C – which allows its use in various industrial environments. Additionally, the cable is characterized by low adhesion and high resistance to UV radiation, which extends its service life. The use of a braided screen ensures electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), minimizing the risk of interference in data transmission.
