PUR cable for cable conduits MULTIFLEX 512®-C-PUR 3G1 mm² grey, black numbered cores acc. to DIN VDE 0293-334 acc. to DIN VDE 0293-334 22594
Robust control cable for special applications
This grey, multi-strand PUR cable from the MULTIFLEX 512®-C-PUR series is a solution for demanding applications where standard cables fail. The cable is designed to operate in harsh conditions, offering high flexibility and resistance to external factors. The use of a polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket and special wire insulation ensures reliable operation even with frequent bending and in extreme temperatures.
Construction and application
The cable consists of three cores with a cross-section of 1 mm², made of stranded copper, which guarantees good conductivity and flexibility. The cores are insulated with a material other than PVC, which increases resistance to abrasion and chemicals. A shielding braid protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in industrial and robotics applications. The cable is intended for use in mechanical engineering, robotics and in moving parts of machines, where it is exposed to repeated bending. Thanks to its properties, it is also ideal in cable conduits.
Key features and benefits
- Exceptional flexibility: The construction with multi-strand cores and the use of flexible polyurethane make the cable easy to bend, making installation easier even in tight spaces.
- Resistance to extreme conditions: The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C – both during operation and installation.
- Protection against interference: The braided screen minimizes the impact of electromagnetic interference on the signal, ensuring stable data transmission.
- Durability and reliability: High-quality materials and solid construction guarantee a long service life of the cable even with intensive use.
- Safety: The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21 / DIN EN 50525-2-21, which confirms its compliance with European safety standards.
- Core identification: Digital core markings make it easier to identify and connect cables, minimizing the risk of errors during installation.
- UV resistance: Ensures long-term operation outdoors without loss of insulation properties.
- Rated voltage: The cable is designed to operate at 300/500 V.
