PUR cable for cable conduits MULTIFLEX 512®-C-PUR 4G0.75 mm² grey, black numbered cores acc. to DIN VDE 0293-334 acc. to DIN VDE 0293-334 22584
Robust control cable for special applications
This grey, four-core PUR MULTIFLEX®-C-PUR 4G0,75 mm² cable is designed for operation in demanding industrial environments. It is characterized by exceptional flexibility and resistance to external factors, making it an ideal solution for use in energy chains, robotics and moving parts of machines. The cable cores are black and numbered according to DIN VDE 0293-334, which facilitates identification and connection. This cable is designed for voltages of 300/500V and has a core cross-section of 0.75 mm².
Construction and properties
The cable stands out with its advanced construction ensuring reliability and durability. Made of high-quality polyurethane (PUR), both the outer jacket and core insulation, guarantees resistance to abrasion, tearing, oils and UV radiation. The copper cores are stranded (class 6), which provides high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. In addition, the shielding braid protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in applications sensitive to interference. The cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21 / DIN EN 50525-2-21.
Applications and benefits
- Machine and robotics industry: Ideal for powering and controlling devices in dynamic applications where high flexibility and resistance to mechanical loads are required.
- Energy chains: Excellent mechanical properties allow for repeated bending without damage, making it indispensable in cable management systems.
- Special applications: Resistance to oils, chemicals and UV radiation enables use in harsh environmental conditions.
- Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC): Shielding minimizes interference, ensuring stable transmission of control signals.
- Safety: The cable meets the requirements for fire resistance and does not contain halogens, increasing safety.
- Durability: High quality materials and precise workmanship guarantee a long service life even in extreme working conditions.
- Temperature range: The ability to operate in a wide temperature range from -40°C to +80°C (during installation -30°C to +80°C) ensures reliable operation in various climatic conditions.
