PUR cable for cable conduits MULTIFLEX 512®-C-PUR 4G6 mm² grey, black numbered cores acc. to DIN VDE 0293-334 acc. to DIN VDE 0293-334 22626
Highly durable control cable for extreme applications.
This grey PUR cable from the MULTIFLEX 512®-C-PUR series, equipped with four 6 mm² conductors, is designed for operation in demanding industrial conditions. The use of a polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket and special conductor insulation guarantees high flexibility and resistance to mechanical, chemical damage and extreme temperatures. The cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21 / DIN EN 50525-2-21 standards, confirming its quality and safety.
Construction and application
This cable stands out with a construction adapted to work in dynamic applications, such as chain systems, robotics or moving parts of machines. The shielding braid provides protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is crucial in precise control systems. The conductors made of stranded copper, with flexibility class 6, ensure high resistance to bending and long-term reliability. Additionally, the conductor insulation made of modified PP minimizes adhesion and facilitates cable routing.
The cable finds application wherever high flexibility, resistance to external factors and protection against electromagnetic interference are required. It is ideal for use in mechanical engineering, robotics, industrial automation and in applications exposed to intense bending and twisting. Thanks to the wide operating temperature range (-40°C to +80°C) it can be used both indoors and outdoors.
- Flexibility: Very flexible construction allows easy cable routing even in tight spaces and dynamic applications.
- Resistance: PUR jacket provides high resistance to abrasion, tearing, oils, chemicals and UV radiation.
- Shielding: Shielding braid minimizes electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable signal transmission.
- Safety: Compliance with DIN VDE standards ensures a high level of safety.
- Durability: Made of high-quality materials guarantees long-term reliability even in harsh working conditions.
- Temperature range: Wide operating temperature range (-30°C to +80°C during installation and -40°C to +80°C after installation) allows use in various environments.
- Conductor identification: Numbers on the conductors facilitate identification and connection.
- Rated voltage: Designed to operate at 300/500 V.
- Outer diameter: Approximately 18.1 mm makes it easy to route cables in existing installations.
