PUR cable for cable conduits MULTIFLEX 512®-C-PUR 7G0,75 mm² grey, black numbered cores acc. to DIN VDE 0293-334 22586
Control cable for extreme applications
This specialized PUR cable, designated MULTIFLEX 512®-C-PUR, is designed for operation in demanding industrial environments. Compliant with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21 / DIN EN 50525-2-21 standards, it ensures reliable signal transmission even in environments exposed to electromagnetic interference and intense bending. It is an ideal solution for applications in mechanical engineering, robotics, and moving parts of machines.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by exceptional flexibility thanks to the use of multi-wire class 6 conductors and a slip-resistant PP insulation. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) provides resistance to abrasion, cutting, and adhesion. In addition, the braid screen effectively minimizes the impact of electromagnetic interference. It is worth noting that the materials used are halogen-free, which increases safety.
The cable has 7 cores with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², identified by numbers according to DIN VDE 0293-334. The rated voltage is 300/500 V, and the permissible operating temperature in moving and stationary conditions is -30°C to +80°C and -40°C to +80°C, respectively. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 11.9 mm.
Applications and benefits
This cable is particularly recommended for use in cable conduits, where resistance to bending and durability are key. Thanks to its special construction and high-quality materials, it ensures long-lasting and reliable operation even in the most difficult conditions. Additional advantages include resistance to UV radiation, oils, acids, alkalis, and hydraulic fluids – making it a versatile choice for a wide range of industrial applications. The use of a braided screen made of tinned copper wires (85% coverage) provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC).
