This metered m.FLEX 512-PUR 2x0.75 flexible cable is a reliable solution for use in harsh conditions where high mechanical and chemical resistance is required. The cable is designed for use in energy chains and in moving parts of machines, ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. Made of high-quality materials, including halogen-free polyurethane (PUR), it guarantees safety and compliance with environmental standards.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction that provides exceptional flexibility and durability. Multi-strand copper conductors (class 6) are insulated with modified PP, which minimizes friction during bending and extends the cable's life. Black conductors are clearly marked with white numbers for easy identification. Additionally, the cable has a special protective braid on each layer of twisted conductors (up to 4 mm²) which increases its resistance to mechanical damage. The outer jacket made of TMPU (polyurethane) provides resistance to abrasion, tearing and the action of oils, chemicals and weather conditions.
