Flexible cable for applications requiring high flexibility
This grey flexible cable m.FLEX 512-PUR 7G2,5, made of halogen-free polyurethane (PUR), is designed to operate in harsh conditions where high mechanical and chemical resistance is required. It is ideal for chain applications, robotics, and in machines and equipment exposed to frequent bending. The cable is characterized by high flexibility thanks to its construction with multi-wire strand class 6 and special TPE core insulation, minimizing friction.
Construction and properties
The cable has 7 cores with a cross-section of 2.5 mm², providing sufficient current carrying capacity for many applications. The core insulation is made of modified PP, and the black cores are marked with white numbers for easy identification. The yellow-green protective core is located on the outside, increasing safety. A protective braid on each layer of twisted cores provides additional protection against mechanical damage. A durable outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) provides resistance to abrasion, tearing and the action of oils and other chemicals.
