This black, 30-core NSHTÖU 30G1,5 mm² cable is the ideal solution for applications requiring high resistance to mechanical loads and dynamic reeling. Designed for use in harsh conditions, it is perfect for construction, mining, cranes, conveyors and lifting equipment. Its construction guarantees reliable operation both indoors and outdoors, in dry, wet and humid environments.
Construction and properties
The cable is made of high-quality materials, which translates to its exceptional durability and resistance. It has an outer rubber coating made of polychloroprene (neoprene), which provides excellent protection against atmospheric factors, oils, acids, fuels and UV radiation. Twisted cores around a core element with a spacer and a textile braid reinforce the structure and prevent the cable from twisting during operation. Core identification is carried out in accordance with DIN VDE 0293 – up to 5 cores in color, and above 6 cores black with white numbering. The cable has a protective conductor.
Thanks to its properties, this cable is adapted for repeated winding and unwinding from a drum at a permissible speed of up to 120 m/min. It can operate in a wide temperature range: from -40°C to +70°C in stationary mode and from -35°C to +70°C in flexible mode. The rated voltage U0/U is 600/1000 V.
Application and compliance with standards
The NSHTÖU 30G1,5 mm² cable is used wherever a flexible power and control cable with high mechanical strength is needed. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0250 part 814 and has a fire reaction class of Eca (EN 13501-6). The cable has passed tests regarding behavior during fire (DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2) and oil resistance (DIN VDE 0473-811-404). It is marked with the CE symbol confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
