This black, rubber NSHTÖU 4G95 mm² cable is a robust solution for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to mechanical loads. Designed for cable reels, it is perfect for lifting systems, cranes, conveyors, and in construction and mining. Its construction and materials guarantee safe and long-lasting operation in harsh industrial conditions.
Construction and properties
The cable is designed for intensive use, especially where the cable is regularly wound and unwound. It utilizes stranded copper conductors, providing good conductivity and flexibility. Insulation made of GI1 rubber and an outer jacket made of polychloroprene (neoprene) guarantee high resistance to external factors such as ozone, UV radiation, oils, acids, lubricants, and fuels. A textile braid reinforces the construction and protects against twisting. Conductor identification is carried out in accordance with DIN VDE 0293-308 – up to 5 cores in color, above 5 – black with white numbering.
Application and parameters
The NSHTÖU 4G95 mm² cable is characterized by a rated voltage of 0.6/1 kV (maximum 0.7/1.2 kV for AC and 0.9/1.8 kV for DC). The rated conductor cross-section is 95 mm², allowing for the transmission of significant currents. The cable is resistant to twisting and designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +70°C (flexibly from -35°C). It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0250 part 814 and has a fire reaction class of Eca (EN 13501-6). Thanks to this, it can be used both indoors and outdoors – in dry, wet, and damp rooms. The maximum permissible winding speed is 120 m/min.
