This black, four-core cable OZ-600 4x2.5 mm² is a universal solution for control and power supply, designed for demanding applications. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures long-lasting and safe operation in various conditions. This cable is particularly valued in Southern, Eastern Europe and Arab countries.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on stranded copper conductors class 5, which ensures flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. The core insulation is made of special PVC (TI2), and the outer jacket of special PVC (TM2) in black (RAL 9005) guarantees resistance to UV radiation, oils and other chemicals. The cores are numbered according to DIN VDE 0293-334, which facilitates identification and minimizes the risk of errors during installation. The protective conductor is located close to the outer jacket for quick access.
The cable is designed to operate in temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (after installation) and from -15°C to +80°C during installation. The rated voltage U/U0 is 1000 V / 600 V, and the test voltage is 4000 V. The insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km. The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0262 and DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-5 regarding insulation thickness for operating voltage 1 kV. The fire reaction class is Eca.
