Made of five copper conductors with a cross-section of 1 mm², insulated with PVC, it provides efficient current conduction. The shielding braid made of tinned copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference, which is particularly important in control and measurement systems. The outer PVC jacket (TM2 type) provides protection against mechanical damage, UV radiation and weather conditions. This allows the cable to be used both indoors and outdoors.

The OZ-BL-CY 5x1 cable has a rated voltage of 300/500V and an outer diameter of approximately 8.2 mm. It complies with the Eca standard in terms of reaction to fire (EN 13501-6). This means it meets the fire safety requirements in many industrial and commercial applications. The nominal conductor cross-section is 1 mm², and conductor identification is done using numbers printed on the PVC insulation. The cable has been tested for dielectric strength (6000 V) and coupling resistance (approximately 250 Ohm/km at 30 MHz). The minimum bending radius is 5x the cable diameter for fixed laying and 10x the cable diameter for flexible operation.
