This flexible PVC cable, shielded with a copper braid, is designed for reliable operation in environments exposed to electromagnetic interference. Construction and properties

The cable consists of 50 copper cores twisted in pairs to minimize interference. Each core is insulated with special PVC TI2, and the black cores have clear numbers printed in white according to DIN VDE 0293 – this facilitates the identification of individual wires during assembly and maintenance. The screen made of copper braid provides effective protection against the influence of electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is crucial in precise control and measurement systems. The outer jacket made of special PVC TM2 provides additional mechanical protection and resistance to oils and chemicals.

The cable construction is based on 25 pairs of twisted cores, each pair containing 2 cores with a cross-section of 1 mm². The shielding ensures a copper braid with high efficiency in suppressing electromagnetic interference. The cable is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 300/500 V. The permissible operating temperature range is -5°C to +80°C for flexible operation and -40°C to +80°C for stationary operation. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0812 and DIN VDE 0814 standards, confirming its safety and quality. It exhibits resistance to oils and some chemicals, enabling its use in demanding industrial conditions.
