Shielded control cable for data and control signal transmission
This shielded PVC cable, designated PAAR-CY-OZ 8x2x1 mm², is a reliable solution for transmitting data and control signals in demanding industrial and electronic environments. The construction with 16 conductors twisted in pairs provides high resistance to electromagnetic interference, which is crucial in applications exposed to strong electromagnetic fields. The cable complies with DIN VDE 0812 and 0814 standards, guaranteeing safety and reliability.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a flexible design, thanks to the use of multi-wire copper conductors class 5. The conductor insulation is made of high-quality PVC (TI2), and the entire cable is surrounded by a gray outer jacket made of PVC (TM2), resistant to oils and chemicals. A copper braid serves as a shield, minimizing the impact of external interference on the transmitted signals. The conductors are numbered with white digits on a black background, which facilitates identification and improves comfort during installation. The cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -30°C to +80°C (flexible) and from -40°C to +80°C (stationary).

The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that disrupt painting. The cable meets the requirements of IEC 60332-1-2 standard regarding fire resistance.
