Data transmission cable – reliability and signal protection

This grey data cable, catalog number 43554, is an ideal solution for a wide range of applications requiring stable and interference-resistant signal transmission. Construction and properties

The cable was designed with minimizing interference in mind. It consists of six copper conductors (3 pairs), each with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², twisted in pairs and shielded with aluminum foil with a drain wire (PIMF – Pair in Metal Foil). An additional, overall copper braid provides effective protection against external electromagnetic interference. The insulation of the conductors is made of polyethylene (PE), and the outer coating of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) ensures durability and resistance to mechanical damage. All this makes the cable flexible and easy to install.

The cable has a conductor class 5, which means it is made of a multi-strand flexible conductor – this facilitates installation even in difficult conditions. The permissible operating temperature range during installation is from -5°C to 80°C, and after installation from -20°C to 80°C. The test voltage conductor/conductor is 2000 V, and conductor/screen 1000 V, which guarantees safety of use.
