Shielded control cable PA.TR.-LI-2YCYv – reliable signal transmission

This flexible cable is designed for transmitting signals in environments exposed to electromagnetic interference. The construction with foil and braid provides effective protection against external fields, guaranteeing stable and reliable data transmission over significant distances. The cable is suitable for both stationary and mobile installations where flexibility and resistance to mechanical stress are required.

The PA.TR.-LI-2YCYv cable is an ideal solution for control systems, industrial automation and all types of installations where high signal quality and interference resistance are key. It will perform particularly well in RS 422 and RS 485 interfaces, where high data transmission speed is a priority.

### Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. It consists of multi-wire copper conductors, twisted in pairs to minimize the impact of interference. Each pair is surrounded by foil, and the entire cable is additionally protected by a copper braid, creating a double protective barrier. The conductor insulation is made of special polyethylene (PE), and the outer jacket made of PVC provides resistance to abrasion and weather conditions.

The cable meets the requirements of IEC 60332-1-2 standard regarding fire resistance and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and harmful substances for painting. Additionally, the cable has a reinforced outer jacket which enables its installation in the ground and outdoors.
