PUR cable for cable carriers PURö-JZ-HF 10G1 mm² black cores numbered acc. to DIN VDE 0293-334 15562
Flexible cable for demanding applications
This 10-core flexible PUROE-JZ-HF 10G1 cable is a solution for installations where durability and reliability are paramount. The cable is distinguished by its high resistance to abrasion, tearing, and the action of oils and coolants, making it an ideal choice in mechanical engineering, construction, rolling mills and steelworks. Its flexibility makes installation easier, especially in hard-to-reach places.
Construction and properties
The cable has been designed for harsh working conditions. Made of multi-wire copper conductors (class 6), insulated with special TI2 PVC, it provides excellent flexibility and resistance to oils. The conductors are black with white numbers for easy identification. A fleece wrap and a polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket protect against mechanical damage and weathering. This makes the cable suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
- Mechanical strength: Resistant to abrasion and tearing – ideal for installation in energy chains.
- Chemical resistance: Withstands contact with oils and coolants, which is crucial in mechanical engineering.
- Flexibility: Enables quick and easy installation even in tight spaces.
- Weather resistance: Suitable for outdoor applications thanks to its resistance to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone and hydrolysis.
- Safety: Meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking).
- Temperature range: Operation at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -20°C to +80°C (flexible).
- Conductor cross-section: 1 mm², providing sufficient current capacity for many applications.
- Outer diameter: Approximately 11.2 mm – important information when planning cable routes.
Applications and installation
This cable finds wide application in various industries:
- Mechanical engineering: Powering mobile devices, industrial robots, portable tools.
- Construction and installations: Powering construction equipment, temporary lighting, control systems.
- Rolling mills and steelworks: Powering equipment operating in harsh industrial conditions.
- Outdoor installations: Powering garden lighting, alarm systems, sensors.
- Chain installations: Ideal for dynamic applications requiring high cable flexibility.
Remember to follow the rules for laying cables in energy chains and to familiarize yourself with the manufacturer's instructions before installation. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible laying and 4 x cable diameter for stationary laying.
