Flexible cable for demanding applications

This 14-core flexible cable PUROE-JZ-HF, with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², is designed for operation in harsh industrial conditions. It is characterized by exceptional resistance to abrasion, tearing, and the action of oils and coolants, making it an ideal choice for use in machines, construction, rolling mills and steel plants. Its construction provides high flexibility, facilitating and accelerating installation, especially in chain installations.

Construction and properties

This cable is distinguished by careful workmanship and high-quality materials. The multi-strand, twisted copper cores are insulated with special TI2 PVC providing oil resistance and easy movement. Black cores are numbered for easy identification, and the protective core (available from 3 cores) is yellow-green. The whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) jacket, which provides resistance to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone and hydrolysis. In addition, the materials used in production are silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substance free.

Technical parameters and applications

The cable has a rated voltage of 500V and an outer diameter of approximately 11.1 mm. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible laying and 4 x cable diameter for stationary laying. Thanks to these parameters, it finds application not only in mechanical industry and construction, but also in outdoor installations and in cable management systems (according to the laying instructions).
