Flexible cable for demanding applications

This 14-core flexible cable PUROE-JZ-HF 14G1,5 is a solution dedicated to applications where durability, flexibility and resistance to external factors are important. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures reliable operation in harsh industrial and installation conditions. The cable is particularly resistant to abrasion and tearing, making it an ideal choice for dynamic applications such as chain systems.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by an advanced construction that guarantees its long-lasting and trouble-free operation. Multi-strand copper conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² provide good conductivity and flexibility. PVC TI2 insulation offers high resistance to oils and other chemicals, which is particularly important in the machinery industry. A fleece covering and a TMPU polyurethane outer jacket further strengthen the cable construction, protecting it from mechanical damage and weathering. The cores are black with white numbers for easy identification.

The cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -20°C to +80°C (flexible). It is also resistant to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone and hydrolysis. The materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting. This means the cable meets strict safety standards and is environmentally friendly.
