This 18-core flexible PUROE-JZ-HF cable is a solution for professionals and demanding users who need a reliable conductor in harsh conditions. The cable is designed for long-term operation. Made of high-quality materials, such as a polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation, it provides reliable protection against external factors. Multi-strand copper conductors of class 6 guarantee good conductivity and flexibility. Digital identification of the cores facilitates correct connection and minimizes the risk of errors.
Construction and properties
The PUROE-JZ-HF cable is characterized by a solid construction:
- Cores: 18 stranded, twisted copper cores with a cross-section of 1 mm², providing good flexibility and conductivity.
- Insulation: Special PVC TI2, resistant to oils and facilitating the sliding of cores.
- Braid: Reinforcing fabric for cable structure.
- Outer jacket: Durable polyurethane (PUR) providing resistance to abrasion, tearing, and weathering.
- Identification: Cores marked with white numbers on a black background for easy identification.
- Protective conductor: Available from 3 cores (yellow-green).
Thanks to this, the cable is resistant to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone, and hydrolysis – allowing it to be used both indoors and outdoors. The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free, and do not interfere with painting. The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-1 / DIN EN 50525-1 standards and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the low-voltage directive 2014/35/EU.
Operating parameters
The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range: from -40°C to +80°C during stationary use and from -20°C to +80°C during installation. The rated voltage is 500 V, and the test voltage is 4000 V. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter during flexible operation and 4 x cable diameter during fixed installation. The approximate outer diameter of the cable is 13.4 mm.
