Robust control cable for demanding applications

This flexible PURÖ-JZ-HF 25G2,5 cable is the ideal solution wherever exceptional resistance to abrasion, tearing, and oils and coolants is required. Designed for the machine industry, construction, rolling mills and steelworks – it will perform even in the most critical conditions. Its high flexibility simplifies and speeds up installation, and its high abrasion resistance and small bending radius make it an excellent choice for chain installations. The possibility of outdoor use further increases its versatility.

Construction and properties

The cable consists of 25 stranded copper conductors with a cross-section of 2.5 mm², insulated with special TI2 PVC providing excellent oil resistance. The conductors are black with white numbers for easy identification, and the whole is surrounded by a durable fleece braid and a gray (RAL 7001) polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket. This makes the cable resistant to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone and hydrolysis – guaranteeing long-lasting and reliable operation. In addition, the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or paint-inhibiting substances.
