PURÖ-JZ-HF 34G0,75 flexible cable is a specialized control cable designed for demanding industrial applications. It features exceptional resistance to abrasion, tearing, and the effects of oils and coolants, making it an ideal choice for environments such as manufacturing plants, construction sites, and rolling mills. Made from high-quality materials, it ensures reliable operation even in extreme conditions.

Construction and properties

This cable has 34 copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², insulated with special TI2 PVC providing oil resistance and facilitating movement. The conductors are black with white number printing for easy identification. The conductors twisted in parallel are surrounded by a fleece braid, and the whole is protected by a gray (RAL 7001) polyurethane (PUR) outer coating. This makes the cable extremely flexible and resistant to mechanical damage. The rated voltage is 500V, and the operating temperature range is -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and -20°C to +80°C (flexible).

Applications and benefits

This cable is widely used in outdoor installations and in places exposed to intense abrasion and contact with chemicals. It is particularly well suited for chain installations where high flexibility and resistance to bending are required. Thanks to the low adhesion of materials, the cable is easy to install and disassemble. In addition, the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.
