PUR cable for cable carriers PURö-JZ-HF 3G0.5 mm² black cores numbered acc. to DIN VDE 0293-334 15521
Flexible control cable for demanding applications
This flexible 3G0.5 cable with a polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket is designed for operation in harsh conditions. It is characterized by high resistance to abrasion, tearing, and the action of oils and coolants, making it an ideal choice for use in mechanical engineering, construction, rolling mills and steel plants. This cable is particularly recommended for chain installations due to its small bending radius and high flexibility. The possibility of outdoor use further increases its versatility.
Construction and properties
The cable is made of multi-strand copper conductors (class 6), surrounded by TI2 PVC insulation, providing excellent oil resistance and facilitating installation. The conductors are black with white numbers for easy identification, and in the 3-core version, a yellow-green protective conductor is also present. The conductors are twisted in parallel and secured with a fleece braid, and the whole is covered with a durable gray (RAL 7001) PUR jacket. The cable is metered for ease of use.
- Mechanical strength: Resistant to abrasion and tearing – ideal for dynamic applications.
- Chemical resistance: Particularly resistant to oils and coolants, which is crucial in mechanical engineering.
- Flexibility: Allows for quick and easy installation even in tight spaces.
- Weather resistance: Suitable for outdoor applications due to resistance to UV, oxygen and ozone.
- Safety: Compliant with Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking).
- Temperature range: Operation at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -20°C to +80°C (flexible).
- Rated voltage: 500 V.
- Conductor cross-section: 0.5 mm².
- Outer diameter: approximately 5.2 mm.
It is important to remember that when using the cable in energy chains, the rules for laying cables contained in the manufacturer's instructions must be followed.
