Flexible control cable for demanding applications
This 3-core flexible PUROE-JZ-HF cable with a cross-section of 6 mm² is a reliable solution for applications where resistance to abrasion, tearing and oil exposure is crucial. Made from high-quality materials, it provides safe and long-lasting power supply in harsh industrial and installation conditions. The cable is characterized by high flexibility, which facilitates and speeds up installation, especially in tight spaces.
Construction and properties
The cable has multi-strand copper conductors of flexibility class 6, insulated with special PVC TI2 providing oil resistance and improved slip. The conductors are black with white numbers for easy identification, and the protective conductor is yellow-green. The whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) jacket, which guarantees resistance to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone and hydrolysis. Additionally, the cable does not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 12 mm.

The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -20°C to +80°C (flexible). The rated voltage is 500 V, and the test voltage is 4000 V. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible laying and 4 x cable diameter for fixed laying.
