PUR cable for cable carriers PURö-JZ-HF 4G10 mm² black conductors numbered acc. to DIN VDE 0293-334 15642
Flexible cable for demanding applications
This flexible PURÖ-JZ-HF 4G10 control cable is the ideal solution where reliability and resistance to harsh conditions are paramount. Designed for intensive use, it is perfect for mechanical engineering, construction, and installations exposed to oils and coolants. Its exceptional flexibility simplifies and speeds up installation, especially in tight spaces.
Construction and properties
The cable features a robust construction based on stranded copper conductors, surrounded by PVC TI2 insulation. The conductors are twisted in parallel and secured with a fleece wrap, all covered with a durable polyurethane (PUR) jacket. This makes the cable resistant to abrasion, tearing, UV radiation, oxygen, ozone, and hydrolysis. Additionally, the materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium, and substances that interfere with painting.
- Durable insulation: PVC TI2 provides excellent oil resistance and facilitates cable routing.
- Flexible conductors: Class 6 stranded construction guarantees high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending.
- Resistant PUR jacket: Provides protection against mechanical damage and weathering.
- Numbered conductors: Simplify identification and connection of individual wires.
- Wide temperature range: Suitable for use in temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -20°C to +80°C (flexible).
- Compliance with standards: Meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking).
Technical parameters and application
The cable has a cross-section of 10 mm², a rated voltage of 500 V, and an outer diameter of approximately 17 mm. It is intended for use in outdoor installations and in places exposed to intense mechanical stress – ideal for chain installations. Thanks to its construction and properties, it also performs perfectly in difficult industrial conditions, such as rolling mills or steelworks. Remember to follow the rules for laying the cable in energy chains and read the instructions before mounting in cable guides.
