PUR cable for cable carriers PURö-JZ-HF 50G1,5 mm² black conductors numbered acc. to DIN VDE 0293-334 15590
Highly durable control cable for demanding conditions.
This flexible PURÖ-JZ-HF 50G1.5 cable is the ideal solution for use in industry, construction and installations where resistance to abrasion, tearing and the action of oils and coolants is important. The cable is designed for intensive use, especially in harsh environmental conditions. Its construction ensures reliability and long-term operation.
Construction and properties
The cable consists of 50 copper strands, twisted into a 1.5 mm² cross-section. Each strand is insulated with special TI2 PVC, providing excellent oil resistance and facilitating cable movement. The strands are marked with white numbers for easy identification. A fleece braid provides additional protection for the cable, and the outer polyurethane (PUR) coating guarantees high flexibility and resistance to external factors. The grey color (RAL 7001) makes it easier to identify the cable in the installation.
The cable is characterized by a wide range of operating temperatures – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -20°C to +80°C (flexible). It has a rated voltage of 500 V and complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-1 / DIN EN 50525-1 standards. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible laying and 4 x cable diameter for fixed laying. In addition, the cable is resistant to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone and hydrolysis.
Applications and benefits
- Machine industry: Ideal for use in machines and equipment exposed to intensive movements and contact with oils.
- Construction and installations: Excellent for running cables in places requiring high flexibility and mechanical resistance.
- Rolling mills and steelworks: Will perform well in harsh industrial conditions where high abrasion and temperature resistance are required.
- Outdoor installations: Possibility of use outdoors thanks to weather resistance.
- Chain installations: High abrasion resistance and small bending radius make the cable perfectly suitable for installation in energy chains (cable laying rules must be followed).
- Easy identification: Black strands with white numbers make it easier to identify individual wires during assembly and maintenance.
- Safety: Meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking).
- Durability: Materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting, ensuring long-term operation without negative impact on the environment.
