PUR cable for cable carriers PURö-JZ-HF 7G10 mm² black conductors numbered acc. to DIN VDE 0293-334 15644
Flexible cable for demanding applications
This 7-core flexible cable PUROE-JZ-HF with a cross-section of 10 mm² is a solution for installations where reliability and resistance to harsh conditions are crucial. Made of high-quality materials, it provides safe and long-lasting power supply in demanding industrial and construction environments. Its construction is designed for intensive use, and its flexibility makes installation easier even in tight spaces.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring high durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Multi-wire copper conductors (class 6), insulated with special PVC TI2, guarantee good conductivity and flexibility. The conductors are numbered for easy identification during installation and servicing. A fleece wrap and a polyurethane outer jacket (PUR) provide additional protection against abrasion, tearing and external factors.
This cable stands out for its exceptional resistance to oils, coolants and UV radiation, making it an ideal choice for use in mechanical engineering, construction, rolling mills and steel plants. It is also resistant to oxygen, ozone and hydrolysis. This makes it perfect for places exposed to intensive exploitation and changing weather conditions. The possibility of outdoor use is an additional advantage.
Application and technical parameters
The PUROE-JZ-HF cable is intended for use as a control cable in installations requiring high flexibility and mechanical resistance. It will be perfect in chain installations (robotics), where the cable is exposed to continuous bending and movement. It can also be used in outdoor installations and in places with increased risk of contact with oils and lubricants.
The rated voltage of the cable is 500 V, ensuring safe operation in standard electrical installations. The cable maintains flexibility in the temperature range from -20°C to +80°C and stationary from -40°C to +80°C – enabling operation in a wide range of ambient temperatures. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 23 mm, which facilitates cable routing in tight spaces. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter (flexible) or 4 x cable diameter (stationary), ensuring comfortable work even with complex cable routes. The cable is UV-resistant up to 100 x 10⁶ cJ/kg, guaranteeing durability even with prolonged exposure to sunlight. The outer jacket is made of polyurethane (PUR), providing high mechanical and chemical resistance, and the conductor insulation is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which provides good electrical insulation.
Please note! When using the cable in energy chains, follow the cable laying rules contained in the manufacturer's instructions and refer to the cable table for cable guides available from HELUKABEL Polska Sp. z o.o.. The product meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking).
