PURÖ-JZ-HF 7G6 flexible cable is an advanced solution for demanding applications where durability and flexibility are key. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a multi-wire, very flexible strand construction (class 6), which facilitates installation and provides resistance to repeated bending. The core insulation is made of PVC TI2, providing excellent oil resistance and improved slip. The cores are black with white numerical printing for easy identification. A non-woven fleece braid and a special TMPU polyurethane outer jacket guarantee additional protection against mechanical damage, abrasion and weathering. The whole is enclosed in a gray (RAL 7001) sheath.

This cable is widely used in mechanical engineering, construction, rolling mills and steelworks - wherever high resistance to abrasion, tearing and the action of oils and coolants is required. Thanks to its flexibility, it is ideal for chain installations and outdoor applications. Its resistance to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone and hydrolysis makes it a reliable solution even in extreme conditions. In addition, the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or paint-inhibiting substances.
