Flexible cable for demanding applications

This flexible PUR cable with copper strands, with a cross-section of 2.5 mm², is designed for intensive use in harsh industrial conditions. It is characterized by high resistance to abrasion, tearing and the action of oils and coolants, making it an ideal solution for machines and equipment exposed to high mechanical loads. The cable is metered, which makes it easy to precisely adjust the length to the needs of the installation.

Construction and properties

The cable construction is based on stranded copper conductors, providing high flexibility and resistance to bending. The conductors are insulated with special TI2 PVC, which guarantees excellent oil resistance and facilitates cable movement. Black conductors are permanently marked with white numbers for easy identification. The whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) jacket, which provides protection against external factors - UV radiation, ozone, hydrolysis and mechanical damage. In addition, the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.

This cable has a rated voltage of 500 V and complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-1 / DIN EN 50525-1 standards. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -20°C to +80°C during dynamic operation. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible laying and 4 x cable diameter for fixed laying. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 7.9 mm.
