Construction and properties
The cable features a multi-strand conductor construction of class 6, providing exceptional flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. The conductor insulation made of special PP (polypropylene) minimizes friction and facilitates cable movement in guides. The outer jacket made of halogen-free polyurethane (PUR) is resistant to abrasion, cuts, tears, and aggressive chemicals – oils, acids, bases, and many others. This makes the cable ideal for harsh industrial environments.
The cable has 12 cores with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², allowing for the transmission of control and power signals. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 13.8 mm. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +80°C for stationary installation and from -30°C to +80°C during dynamic operation. The rated voltage of the cable is 600 V.
