This grey m.FLEX 512-PUR 18G0,75 flexible cable, made of halogen-free polyurethane (PUR), is designed for demanding industrial applications, especially in chain guide systems. It provides a reliable connection in dynamic environments where cables are constantly bent and exposed to mechanical stress. Its construction guarantees long service life and resistance to external factors.

Construction and properties for professionals

The cable consists of 18 stranded copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², which ensures good flexibility and conductivity. The conductors are insulated with special PP, and their identification is done using numbers, which facilitates assembly and servicing. The outer PUR (polyurethane) coating is characterized by high resistance to abrasion, tearing, oils, UV radiation and many other chemicals – from acids to hydraulic fluids. This makes the cable suitable for harsh industrial conditions, including the oil and gas sector. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 13 mm.

This cable complies with UL/CSA standards, which confirms its safety and quality. The cable is designed to operate in temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (after installation) and from -30°C to +80°C during installation. The minimum bending radius is 5x the cable diameter for dynamic applications and 3x the diameter for static installations.
