Construction and properties
The cable features a robust construction, ensuring long-lasting performance even in demanding conditions. Made with a class 6 stranded copper core, surrounded by special PP, it provides excellent flexibility and resistance to bending. The outer polyurethane (PUR) coating protects against mechanical, chemical and atmospheric influences. Additionally, it is halogen-free, increasing safety in the event of a fire.
The cable has 18 stranded copper cores with a cross-section of 2.5 mm², providing adequate conductivity and flexibility. The insulation is made of special polypropylene (PP), which provides good electrical insulation and abrasion resistance. The coating is a durable polyurethane (PUR) resistant to oils, UV radiation, ozone and many other chemicals. The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +90°C (flexible) and from -30°C to +80°C during installation. It is characterized by high resistance to abrasion, cuts, tears and wear – a key feature for use in energy chains. It is halogen-free, ensuring safe use and minimizing the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire.
