This specialized PUR cable, designed for cable carriers, is engineered for demanding industrial and oil & gas applications. It meets UL/CSA standards, guaranteeing its safety and high quality. Designed for continuous operation, it performs excellently in machines and equipment where reliable and durable connections are crucial.

Construction and properties

The cable features a robust construction utilizing stranded copper wire class 6, providing high flexibility. Polypropylene (PP) insulation is resistant to abrasion and cuts, while the outer polyurethane (PUR) coating provides high resistance to oils, UV radiation, ozone, and other chemical and atmospheric factors. The wires are twisted in layers with an optimal lay length, minimizing the risk of damage during dynamic use. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, increasing safety in the event of a fire.

• Flexibility: The cable maintains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +90°C (stationary) and from -30°C to +90°C (flexible).
• Durability: Resistant to abrasion, cuts, tearing, and wear – ideal for use in cable carriers.
• Chemical resistance: Exhibits resistance to oils, UV radiation, ozone, acids, alkalis, and many other chemicals.
• Safety: Halogen-free material minimizes the emission of toxic gases in case of fire.
• Wire identification: Black wires with white printed numbers facilitate identification and connection.
• Rated voltage: 600 V – ensures safe operation in many industrial applications.
• Outer diameter: Approximately 17.3 mm – makes it easy to route cables in tight spaces.
