This 25-core flexible cable from the HELUKABEL M.FLEX 512-PUR series is a solution designed for demanding industrial applications, especially in cable carrier systems. The cable is distinguished by its high resistance to mechanical, chemical damage and weather conditions, making it an ideal choice for working in dynamic environments. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures long-lasting and safe operation.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction adapted to intensive use. Multi-strand copper conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² provide good flexibility and resistance to bending. Polypropylene (PP) insulation guarantees reliable electrical protection, and the outer polyurethane (PUR) coating provides resistance to abrasion, cuts, oils and other aggressive substances. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire.

• Durable construction: Class 6 stranded conductors provide high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending.
• Chemical resistance: PUR coating protects against the action of oils, greases, acids, alkalis and other aggressive chemicals found in industry.
• Safety: Halogen-free coating minimizes the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire, increasing the safety of users and installations.
• Wide temperature range: The cable retains its properties in the temperature range from -40°C to +80°C during stationary operation and from -30°C to +90°C during dynamic operation.
• Core identification: Digital marking of cores facilitates the identification of individual conductors during installation and servicing.
