Flexible cable for chain guides – reliability in motion
This grey m.FLEX 512-PUR 25G1 flexible cable, with a voltage of 500V, is designed for demanding industrial applications, especially in cable carriers. Made of high-quality halogen-free polyurethane (PUR), it provides safety and durability in dynamic environments. The cable is ideal for machines and equipment where continuous flexibility and resistance to external factors are required.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a construction that provides exceptional mechanical strength and chemical resistance. It has 25 multi-strand copper conductors with a cross-section of 1 mm², which guarantees good conductivity and flexibility. The core insulation is made of special PP, and the outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) provides protection against abrasion, cuts, tears, and the influence of oils, chemicals and weather conditions. Additionally, the cable is resistant to UV radiation and hydrolysis.
The cable meets UL/CSA standards, confirming its high quality and safety of use. It is designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (after installation) and from -30°C to +90°C during installation. The minimum bending radius is 5x the cable diameter for dynamic applications and 3x the diameter for fixed laying. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 18.1 mm.
